SUBJECT: Convocation of the Municipal Council in extraordinary session.

THE MAYOR

The Honorable Members are invited to attend the meeting of the Municipal Council convened in first call on March 28, 2025, at 19:00, or in second call on March 31, 2025, at 19:00, in Regular Session, for the treatment of the current Agenda.

The Municipal Council will take place in person, in the conference hall at San Giovanni Bosco s.n.c. The records of the Council will be available to the councilors 24 hours before the meeting date.

AGENDA

• Reading and approval of the minutes from the previous session;
• Increase in the social capital of GAL Molise to the year 2000;
• Convention for the joint exercise of secretarial functions as envisaged in the strategy of the inner area "Alto Medio Sannio";
• Convention with the Municipalities of Colletorto, Ripabottoni, and Lupara for the exercise in collective form of community secretarial services;
• Convention with the Municipalities of Castellino del Biferno, Lupara, Lucito, Ripabottoni, Provvidenti, and Morrone del Sannio for the project to create a multifunctional center;
• Adherence to the program agreement for the development of "Parco delle Morge";
• Questions from the Minority Group on:
  • Interreg Italy - Croatia Program;
  • Universal Civil Service;
  • Legal expenses settled by the Municipality - Molise TAR Sentence n.3/2023.
